The Registrar serves as the Secretary to the Syndicate
and the Academic Council and is responsible for maintaining all university
records, documents, and the common seal. All official university correspondence
is handled through the Registrar’s Office. The Registrar also safeguards all
confidential reports entrusted to the Vice-Chancellor, along with the
university’s records, documents, and the common seal. In addition, the
Registrar’s Office coordinates academic plans, programs, and schedules.
